All MONTÉE DE ROSE® arrangements are handcrafted to order by our in-house floral designers.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, customization requests, and shipping method
Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To maintain the integrity of our transactions, certain orders may require additional verification.

Orders flagged for review must receive verification clearance prior to shipment or pickup

Verification procedures may result in a delay to order fulfillment timelines.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our floral arrangements:

Requests for order modifications or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement

Modification requests may include design or color adjustments, subject to availability

Once an order has exceeded the 12-hour window or entered production, it may not be modified or canceled under any circumstances.
Damage, Loss & Claims
Package Loss
MONTÉE DE ROSE® is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or stolen once marked as delivered by the courier.
Upon request, we may assist customers in initiating a courier investigation; however, resolution is solely at the courier’s discretion.
Damaged Arrangements
If an arrangement arrives damaged, customers must adhere to the following claim process:

Notification must be received within 24 hours of the recorded delivery date

Customers must provide clear photographic and video documentation of the damaged product in its original packaging

Documentation must be submitted to contact@monteederose.com
Following review, MONTÉE DE ROSE® may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or a partial or full refund.
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

All MONTÉE DE ROSE® preserved and everlasting floral arrangements are considered final sale.

Orders may not be canceled or modified after 12 hours from placement

In rare instances where an exception is granted, a 25% restocking fee will apply
