MONTÉE DE ROSE® reserves the right to hold orders until all verification and processing requirements are fulfilled.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

The following shipping methods are available within the United States:

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)

    • Available on orders exceeding $299 after all discounts

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping Terms

  • Shipping timelines reflect transit time only and do not include order processing time

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier service conditions and are not guaranteed


Order Processing

All MONTÉE DE ROSE® arrangements are handcrafted to order by our in-house floral designers.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days following order confirmation

  • Processing timelines exclude weekends and holidays

  • Processing times may vary based on order volume, customization requests, and shipping method

Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To maintain the integrity of our transactions, certain orders may require additional verification.

  • MONTÉE DE ROSE® utilizes third-party fraud prevention and identity verification services

  • Orders flagged for review must receive verification clearance prior to shipment or pickup

  • Customers will be notified via email should additional verification be required

Verification procedures may result in a delay to order fulfillment timelines.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our floral arrangements:

  • Requests for order modifications or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement

  • Modification requests may include design or color adjustments, subject to availability

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to contact@monteederose.com

Once an order has exceeded the 12-hour window or entered production, it may not be modified or canceled under any circumstances.


Damage, Loss & Claims

Package Loss

MONTÉE DE ROSE® is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or stolen once marked as delivered by the courier.
Upon request, we may assist customers in initiating a courier investigation; however, resolution is solely at the courier’s discretion.


Damaged Arrangements

If an arrangement arrives damaged, customers must adhere to the following claim process:

  • Notification must be received within 24 hours of the recorded delivery date

  • Customers must provide clear photographic and video documentation of the damaged product in its original packaging

  • Documentation must be submitted to contact@monteederose.com

Following review, MONTÉE DE ROSE® may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or a partial or full refund.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Policy

All MONTÉE DE ROSE® preserved and everlasting floral arrangements are considered final sale.

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Orders may not be canceled or modified after 12 hours from placement

  • In rare instances where an exception is granted, a 25% restocking fee will apply

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
