Damage, Refund & Return Policy

Final Sale Policy

All MONTÉE DE ROSE® preserved and everlasting floral arrangements are handcrafted to order and are therefore final sale.

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted
  • Orders may not be canceled or modified after 12 hours from the time of purchase
  • By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in cases of verified damage upon delivery and are subject to review and approval by MONTÉE DE ROSE®.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Natural variations in floral appearance
  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Claims submitted outside the required timeframe

Damaged Item Claims

If your arrangement arrives damaged, the following procedure must be strictly followed:

  1. The customer must notify MONTÉE DE ROSE® within 24 hours of the delivery date
  2. Clear photographic and video evidence must be provided showing:
    • The damaged product
    • The original inner and outer packaging
  1. All documentation must be submitted to contact@monteederose.com

Upon review, MONTÉE DE ROSE® may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement arrangement, or
  • Provide a partial or full refund

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Package Loss & Courier Responsibility

MONTÉE DE ROSE® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier.

  • Upon request, we may assist in initiating a courier investigation
  • Any resolution, reimbursement, or determination is solely at the discretion of the courier
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases

Restocking Fees

In the rare event that a return or cancellation is approved as an exception:

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Limitation of Liability

MONTÉE DE ROSE® shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Claims resulting from misuse, improper care, or environmental exposure
  • Delays or service failures caused by third-party carriers

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
